Margaret Donoghue has been practising law in Victoria's South West and Western Districts for over 30 years. She started practice as an employee solicitor in Camperdown and Colac, then worked from home in the Otways, before moving to the Warrnambool region. Margaret is now based in the picturesque town of Mortlake which is located between Ballarat, Warrnambool, Colac and Ararat.

Areas of Legal Practice

Most people would recognise Margaret as a Family Lawyer, assisting clients through disputes about children and property settlements. In addition to the field of Family Law and De Facto Relationships she also works in conveyancing (for clients buying or selling properties) and prepares Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate matters.

Philosophy

As a small legal firm, Margaret's approach is to be accessible and responsive to each individual client's needs. She considers it to be a part of her role to assist clients in understanding the legal process as it relates to their particular circumstances so as to achieve the best possible outcomes.
